Machine Operator- Deburrer

My client, an Engineering company based in Worcester (WR4) is looking to recruit a Machine Operator - Deburrer on an ongoing temp contract, it may lead to a permanent opportunity down the line/

This is a PM shift and the hours required are Mon-Thurs 1430-2330 and Friday 1430-1800

The main responsibilities of the role include

- Follow wok instructions set by Team Leaders
- Hand finish parts using processes such as Linishing, Deburring and Polishing
- Use Gauges and Verniers Callipers to check part dimensions
- Use Grit and Bead Blasting Machines
- Support removal and polishing activities

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

- Previous experience working with Polishing Fettling Tools in the Casting Industry
- Good attention to detail
- Proficient IT skills
- Strong Team Player
- Experience within Inspection Department would be preferred

The pay-rate on offer is £13 an hour with a 20% shift allowance
