Pay Rate: £14.28 per hour
Shift Pattern: Rotating days and nights, as per rota

We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join a busy warehouse and production environment specialising in plastic bottles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly and that products meet the required quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is comfortable working rotating day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating and monitoring machinery used in the production and handling of plastic bottles.

*

Ensuring machines are running efficiently and reporting any faults or issues to the relevant supervisor.

*

Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.

*

Feeding materials into machinery and monitoring the production process.

*

Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

*

Following all health and safety procedures and company guidelines.

*

Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.

*

Carrying out general production duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous machine operating or production experience is desirable.

*

Reliable, punctual and hardworking, with a positive attitude.

*

Good attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues.

*

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

*

Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

*

Flexible to work rotating day and night shifts according to the rota.
