Night Shift Machine Press Operator - Cookstown

I'm currently recruiting for a Night Shift Machine Press Operator to join a busy manufacturing business based in Cookstown.

This would suit someone with machine operating, production, manufacturing or metalwork experience who is reliable, hands-on and happy working nights.

The role will involve:

Setting up and operating production machinery
Working with metal parts and materials
Checking finished parts against requirements
Carrying out basic quality checks
Keeping the work area safe and tidy
Working to production targets
Following health and safety proceduresThe ideal candidate will have:

Previous machine operating experience
Experience in manufacturing, production, engineering or metalwork
Good attention to detail
A reliable and hard-working attitude
Willingness to learn
Good teamwork and communication skillsExperience with press machines, CNC, laser, plasma or similar machinery would be beneficial, but training may be available for the right person.

Pay: Competitive, depending on experience

Shift: Night shift
