Machine/ Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for Production / Machine Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment in Huddersfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals, the role is until November 2026.

Location: Huddersfield, HD5
Pay rate - £12.71 per hour

Weekly rotating shifts:

6:00am – 2:00pm
2:00pm – 10:00pm
10:00pm – 6:00am
The Role:

Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

Setting and monitoring machinery to ensure products meet quality standard

Carrying out production and assembly tasks

Checking finished products for quality and defects

Following production procedures and health & safety requirements

Maintaining a clean and organised working area

Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
About You

The successful candidates will ideally have:

Previous experience within a production, manufacturing or machine operating environment
Good attention to detail
A reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work well as part of a team
Flexibility to work a weekly rotating shift pattern
Good understanding of workplace health & safety

Previous machine operating experience is advantageous, but full training may be provided for the right candidates.
