What You'll Do: As the Machine Shop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our machine shop, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring, and motivating a skilled team of machinists and technicians. Overseeing production schedules and resource allocation to meet customer demands. Ensuring safety and compliance with industry regulations. Implementing process improvements for efficiency and productivity. Managing budgets, costs, and inventory effectively.
