macOS and Jamf IT Support Engineer – hybrid Role - 2 days on site in Luton

Second line Apple and Jamf Support Engineer is needed join a growing onsite support team in Luton.

In this dynamic role, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality IT solutions and support. You will be responsible for managing Jamf Pro MDM solutions, application packaging, and deployment automation while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of support tickets.
You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team and have the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment all whilst earning £35,000.

This role is created to support the company's rapid growth, making it a perfect fit for someone with strong technical expertise and exceptional communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage Jamf Pro solutions, software packaging, and deployment automation.
• Ensure system and software patching for Jamf/Apple
• Implement security best practices
• Provide tier 2 support, assisting with troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Jamf 200/240 certification (or higher).
• Hands-on experience managing Apple devices
• A customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Excellent time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Solid foundation in Apple technologies, scripting, and deployment practices.

Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency with Jamf Connect
• Experience with Apple security technologies (FileVault 2, T2 Security Chip).
• Microsoft Entra ID experience is a plus.
