Mailing Equipment Operator (1st & 2nd shift)

Allegra Marketing Print Mail in Plymouth, Michigan, is a full-service commercial printer serving local, regional and national clients. We are looking for a Mailing Equipment Operator for our 1st shift (6am -2:30pm) and 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) to join our growing team and embraces our core values: passion for success, teamwork, respect, and integrity!  If you thrive in a fast-paced production environment, have a keen attention to detail and familiarity with printing, production mailing equipment (folders, ink-jet lines, tabbers and more) or are eager to learn, this position may be right for you.

JOB DUTIES:

• Set-up and operate production mailing equipment such as Folders, Ink-Jet lines, Tabbers, and Envelope inserting lines
• Be able to properly load paper and other components into the feeders on the lines
• Be able to safely remove a jam from equipment without risk or injury or damage to the equipment
• Be able to properly run the equipment to maintain standard production speeds and targets
• Lead initiative to keep the area clean and safe throughout the shift

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years Inserter or Inkjet experience
• Position requires some mechanical aptitude
