£50,000-£55,000 + 4 on 4 off Shifts (7am-7pm) + Overtime + Training + Company Benefits

On offer is the chance to work with a leading manufacturer, where you will be seen as the go-to technical expert for the continuous improvement of their maintenance department.

This family run business has grown year on year and have some exciting plans to come. They are known for taking care of their staff and investing in their facilities due to their continued success. This a new and exciting opportunity due to their ongoing success.

In this role you will be responsible for establishing key engineering processes and maintenance programs in order to improve production and reliability on site. This includes people leadership, maintenance planning, data analysis, understanding 5s standards and problem solving.

The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced within a maintenance environment and have a recognised Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) Apprenticeship or an ONC/HNC or a degree. Level 3 City and Guilds will be considered with significant experience.

The role:
* Maintenance Excellence and Continuous Improvement lead
* 4 on 4 shifts (7am-7pm)
* On site in Telford
* Hands-on aspects

The person:
* Maintenance Environment experience
* Engineering Apprenticeship or
* HNC/ONC/Degree
* Level 3 qualifications considered with experience
