This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional to work within a first-class environment, delivering outstanding service to residents while ensuring the building is maintained to the highest possible standards. • Liaise with contractors and support access arrangements for specialist maintenance works
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests raised by residents or the on-site team

  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or potential risks

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • A relevant qualification (e.g. City & Guilds, NVQ) would be advantageous
