Maintenance Assistant - Banbury Salary: £28,000 per annum | Temp to Perm | Monday-Friday Day Shifts

Are you hands-on and practical with a knack for fixing things? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Banbury. This full-time position offers day shifts Monday to Friday, with a salary of £28k per year, and a great opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

About the Role

As our Maintenance Assistant, you'll help keep our facilities safe, functional, and looking their best. Your main tasks will involve:
  • Basic carpentry, painting, and general maintenance
  • Responding to minor repairs and maintenance requests
  • Supporting the wider team with upkeep projects

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, so if you're proactive, reliable and keen to grow with us, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience with general maintenance duties
  • Skills in basic carpentry and painting
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Reliable and punctual, with good attention to detail
