Are you handy with tools and passionate about keeping spaces in top shape? Our client is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join their vibrant facilities team in Elephant & Castle, London!

Duration: ASAP, 3 weeks (potential to go permanent)

Hours: 9am to 5:30pm

What You'll Do:

Maintain high standards of repair and cleanliness across the venue, office, and co-working spaces
Meet strict maintenance deadlines and be a key holder for venue openings
Collaborate with the facilities and operations teams to enhance our environments
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure compliance with regulations
Handle maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work
Liaise with contractors and manage deliveries effectively
Be flexible and ready for any ad-hoc requests! What We're Looking For:

5 years of experience in maintenance roles
Skills in painting, decorating, plumbing and carpentry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong time management and prioritisation abilities
