We're looking for Maintenance Caretaker

Job Role: Caretaker

Location: E3

Duration:2-4 weeks but can be extended

Payrate: £18 per hour umbrella

Time: 35hrs, 8am-4pm, 1 hr unpaid break

Job Description:

Security: Open and lock up the premises, set alarms, and conduct routine safety patrols.
Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out minor DIY repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing fixtures) and coordinate with contractors for major works.
Upkeep & Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in communal areas and tend to basic groundskeeping (sweeping paths, managing waste).
Site Operations: Set up rooms for events/meetings, manage inventory of cleaning supplies, and monitor heating and lighting systems
