Maintenance Carpenter

Looking to recruit a Maintenance Carpenter to join a leading property services company based In St Albans on a 16 week contract

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to occupied properties around the area
• You’ll undertake a verity of carpentry repairs to include worktops, cupboards, doors, skirting, locks, windows etc
• Kitchen and Bathroom repairs and installations

Offering £25.00 ph + company van and fuel card and great benefits

Requirements:

• Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
• Hold a valid full UK driving licence for 12 months as Work van provided
• Ability to deliver great first time fix and exceptional customer service
