The role involves overseeing daily operations of the Repairs and Maintenance Department, handling enquiries, scheduling repair crews, managing materials, maintaining records, and supporting contract management as needed.

The role would suit someone from a Maintenance, Construction, Repairs or similar background looking to take on more responsibility in a supervisory role for a well-established company.

The Role:
*Oversee daily operations of the Repairs and Maintenance Department
*Handle repair enquiries, schedule crews, and manage materials
*Maintain accurate records of repair jobs and documentation
*Support contract management duties as required

The Candidate:
* Maintenance, Construction, Repairs or similar background
*Looking to step into supervisory role
*Full UK Drivers Licence
