This Company’s vision focuses solely on achieving exactly what the customer needs and they require an additional Maintenance Co-ordinator to join their highly professional, hard-working team.

Some of your duties will include:

- Maintaining accurate records of planned maintenance work to be completed on behalf of clients

- Producing daily worksheets for team of specialist trades people and allocating work

- Tracking jobs being completed in order to ensure work is completed to schedule and SLAs are met

- Collating and submitting copies of worksheets to clients for approval once work has been completed

- Maintaining computerised client database records and updating details held when needed

- Costing work that has been completed and raising sales invoices for clients
