Some of your duties will include:

- Providing all round administrative and customer service support in busy office

- Answering incoming telephone calls and liaising extensively with clients

- Managing bookings received from clients and inputting details on computer system

- Allocating work to be completed to a team of qualified technicians field based

- Managing technicians diary schedules making best use of their time available

- Costing jobs that have been completed and raising invoices for clients
