As a Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the engineering function by coordinating maintenance activities across the site. You will be responsible for planning preventative maintenance schedules, managing engineering workloads, coordinating contractors, maintaining maintenance records, and ensuring engineering resources are utilised effectively to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
This role would suit an experienced Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Scheduler, Engineering Co-ordinator, or Maintenance Co-ordinator looking to join a successful and growing manufacturing business.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Co-ordinator
Previous experience in a Maintenance Co-ordinator, Maintenance Planner, Engineering Planner, or similar role. Experience working within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment. Experience coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules. Essential Requirements for the Maintenance Co-ordinator
Strong organisational and planning skills. Experience using CMMS or maintenance management systems. Ability to coordinate engineering activities and manage competing priorities. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with engineering, production, and external contractors. Good understanding of maintenance processes and engineering operations. Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Co-ordinator
Engineering qualification or technical background. Experience working within FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging, or other fast-paced manufacturing environments. Knowledge of spare parts management and inventory control. Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Maintenance Co-ordinator Will Benefit From
