Maintenance Co-ordinator

An excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join a well-established company.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Location: Stockton-on-Tees, Teesside, TS17.

Key Duties (But Not Limited To):

* Logging Service Calls

* Call Distribution to engineers

* Maintenance Planning

* Maintenance costing support to Senior Office Administrator (as applicable)

* CLIK engagement (database)

* Stock Control Assistance

* Financial Reporting (as necessary, to discuss with Office Manager)

* Filing

* Raising Purchase Orders

* General Office Duties

* Good with Excel and Word

Hours of work are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with a half hour for lunch each day (40 hours per week).

Your annual holiday entitlement is 23 days a year pro-rata, plus statutory bank holidays and is based on completed months worked. Your holiday allowance will be confirmed upon the receipt of your starting date.
