Maintenance Co-Ordinator (Multiskilled)

Multi Skilled Maintenance Co-ordinator, Permanent Position.

Hours of work are: Monday to Thursday 06.00am to 16.15pm.

Salary from £41,000 to £44,000 Pending Experience, Plus Paid Overtime, Plus Benefits

Our Client:

Our client are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Co-ordinator to assist and lead a small team of maintenance fitters to maintain site equipment and facilities. The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operations, minimises disruption, supports business performance, and meets statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate maintenance staff and subcontractors.

* Complete PPM schedules and maintain maintenance and breakdown records.

* Manage stock levels using usage records and computer based systems.

* Coordinate prompt breakdown repairs, in or out of hours, using internal or external support to minimise disruption.

* Regular Inspection of buildings and machinery, resolve issues, keep records, and report concerns to the Production Manager.

* Have experience of Operating manual mills, lathes, and grinders.

* Maintain tooling and jigs, documenting work and revisions.

* Diagnose faults, complete repairs, and implement solutions.

* Work closely with the Production Manager to implement factory improvements.

* Build cross-functional relationships to optimise factory performance.

* Ensure all Environmental Responsibilities to prevent pollution is fully recorded and adhered to.
