We're recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join an established engineering team on a brand-new, state-of-the-art commercial and educational facility. The Role

As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)

*

Responding to reactive electrical repairs and breakdowns

*

Fault finding on electrical systems and building services equipment

*

Maintenance of lighting, emergency lighting, power distribution and small power

*

Testing, inspections and minor electrical installations

*

Supporting the maintenance of plant and associated building services

*

Completing maintenance records and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures

*

Working closely with a growing team of engineers to maintain a high-profile site

What We're Looking For

*

Previous experience as a Maintenance Electrician, Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Commercial Electrician

*

Level 3 Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

*

Experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management

*

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

*

Good communication skills and a proactive approach
