Location: Bishop’s Stortford & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £40,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our client, working across social housing properties in Bishop’s Stortford and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

* Carrying out electrical maintenance and reactive repairs within social housing properties.

* Repairing and replacing electrical sockets and switches.

* Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults.

* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required standards.

* Providing a professional service to tenants and residents.

Requirements

* Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations.

* 18th Edition

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Experience in electrical maintenance and reactive repairs.

* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

* A professional and customer-focused approach.
