We are recruiting for a fast-growing, dynamic manufacturer in Redditch, seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will have a strong mechanical and electrical background within an industrial, FMCG, or manufacturing setting and hold a relevant engineering qualification.

In this role, the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing planned maintenance and responding promptly to breakdowns, ensuring all actions are thoroughly documented. You'll play a key role in preventing equipment failures, improving performance through continuous enhancements, minimizing downtime, and maintaining clear communication with the team to support efficient operations.

Skills required for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Holding Engineering Qualification
• Mechanical and Electrical Skills
• Industrial/Manufacturing Background
• Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment.
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
