  • Medicash healthcare, fully funded up to family level.
  • Access to an on-site gym and occupational health services, including GP appointments, physio, and psychotherapy.
  • Employee assistance programs for wellbeing support.

  • Electrical fault finding: Using your experience with PLC systems and ability to interpret circuit drawings to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Working with a range of equipment: From large-scale machinery to site services, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with production teams: Coordinating plant downtime, handovers, and process improvements.

What we’re looking for:

  • Time-served apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering.
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an engineering field.
  • Experience in heavy engineering or manufacturing (ideally within metals or similar industries).
  • Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
  • Understanding of PLCs (basic fault-finding level).
  • Wiring Regulations (17th or 18th Edition preferred).
  • A positive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Be part of something bigger

This is more than just a job- it’s a chance to be part of a world-leading company that’s shaping the future of manufacturing. If you’re ready to take on a new challenge, develop your skills, and grow within a supportive team, we want to hear from you.
