Our Client is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to join their Basildon facility. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in detail and accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.

?? Your Role:

• General maintenance for site & facility
• Machine repair covering Makino/Mazak/Matsuura/Okuma
• Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) to cover all machining centres
• Running machine capability studies
• Arranging and management of repairs/machine breakdown with contractors

? What You Bring:

• Experience of Engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Good machine repair knowledge
• Experience and skills in set-up of precision assemblies, the use of machine tools, fault finding and problem solving
• Geometric checks on work centres (desirable)

• Full time, permanent contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a two-shift rotation, covering early and backshifts - £18.92/hr
