Job Description - Maintenance Engineer

Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer seeking a fresh and challenging new role based in the Walsall area? If yes, we want to hear from you!

Annual Salary: £54,000
Weekly Hours: 6am to 4.40pm - Monday to Friday with overtime as required

Our client is a true global leader synonymous with high quality and unrivalled processes within the Concrete Industry. Following a period of sustained growth and continued success they are now looking to expand their team of fitters to aid further ambitions.

Duties will include:

Providing routine and planned maintenance
Mechanical and electrical maintenance
Fault finding and PPM
Read from Mechanical and Electrical drawings.
Supporting, developing and installation of new equipment.
Maintenance of machinery
Root cause analysis work
Working in a team environment.

The ideal applicant will have:

Level 3 City and Guilds Mechanical and Electrical or equivalent
18th Edition Electrical qualification
Experience working in a heavy engineering environment.
5 plus years of Mechanical and / or Electrical Engineering experience.
Excellent communication skills
