Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Stourport-on-Severn/Kidderminster
Salary: £41,000 + annual bonus + discounts on products manufactured by the company
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - afternoons only 15:30 to midnight

About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Stourport-on-Severn/Kidderminster area. You'll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and optimising manufacturing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on machinery.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical systems to resolve issues.

• Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate documentation.

• Provide technical support to the production team.

What We're Looking For:

• Apprentice-trained or time-served Maintenance Engineer.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.

• Electrical knowledge is desirable but not essential.

• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
