Description

As the Maintenance Engineer you will be tasked with the following;

• Execute regular maintenance and troubleshooting for manufacturing machines.
• Ensure all equipment operates in compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor, identify and rectify faults to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate with the production team to align on maintenance schedules.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
• Document all maintenance activities for future reference and analysis.
• Provide technical support to the team as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry practices and safety regulations.

Profile

A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:

• A qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Apprenticeship ideally)
• Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Sound knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
