Salary: £50,000 per annum

Shifts: 4 on 4 off - rotating days and nights (12-hour shifts)

We're currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in Doncaster. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment
  
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out timely repairs
  
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment performance and reliability
  
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times
  
• Work collaboratively with the engineering and production teams to minimize downtime
  

What We're Looking For:

• Time-served Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical or electrical bias
  
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  
• Knowledge of PLCs, conveyors, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics is desirable
  
• Flexible approach to shift work with the ability to work both days and nights on a 4 on 4 off pattern
