Maintenance Engineer

Join our Clients expanding Service and Maintenance Division, a specialist in life safety and compliance solutions. We are seeking an Engineer who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering compliant solutions that protect people and property. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background in fire, telecare, and assisted living services.

• Repair faults on Warden Call, Social Alarms, and Door Access systems.
• Conduct technical surveys and annual services on systems and schemes.
• Liaise directly with clients to resolve specific issues.
• Work closely with the Service Manager and Head of Service to ensure all reported faults are addressed within contract times.
• Maintain accurate records of all jobs, ensuring each completion is accurately recorded.
• Communicate effectively with customers, service coordinators, and management.
• Fulfil and maintain all administration requirements accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures.
• Maintain your vehicle and stock levels to meet client demands.

• Experience maintaining Tunstall, Tynetec, or Appello Systems
• An electrical background
• Experience with door access control and security alarms is advantageous.
• Must be aged 21 or over and have held a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
