Company Overview:

A global manufacturing leader based in Coventry is seeking up to 3 Maintenance Engineers to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to work with advanced machinery and systems in a supportive and development-focused environment.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will support the maintenance and optimisation of plant equipment through corrective and planned maintenance, process improvements, and equipment reliability initiatives.

Key duties include:

• Performing corrective maintenance on machinery and ancillary equipment
• Executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in accordance with standards
• Diagnosing faults and identifying improvements to reduce downtime
• Ensuring process integrity and machine optimisation
• Maintaining accurate records and shift handovers
• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards in the work area

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Multi-skilled Engineer, with a slight electrical bias
• Completed a relevant time-served apprenticeship
• Competent in fault finding on Relay Logic panels and PLC control systems
• Experience with industrial rotating machinery (Mills, Calenders, Extruders)
• Knowledge of compressed air and chilled water systems
• Familiarity with boiler systems is advantageous
