Location: Slough
Hours: Full-time, Double Days Shift Pattern

• Week 1: Early shift (6am-3pm)
• Week 2: Late shift (1pm-10pm)
  Salary: £44,000 - £48,000 per annum + benefits
  Start Date: ASAP

The Company
We're a fast-growing, fully automated food production business based in a modern, purpose-built facility near Slough. We produce a wide range of high-quality goods - for customers across the UK.

The Role
We're looking for a proactive, skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving production machinery and systems, ensuring smooth operations, and driving performance and hygiene standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the production site
• Fault-find and repair electrical and mechanical systems
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and production issues
• Complete preventative maintenance and performance checks
• Work on site and machinery improvement projects
• Ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency of equipment
• Support food safety, hygiene, and health & safety practices
• Monitor and report on equipment performance and standards

What We're Looking For

• A recognised apprenticeship or strong hands-on experience
• Electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills essential
• Experience with three-phase motors, drives, and PLCs
• Previous experience in a food production or FMCG environment
• Good understanding of health & safety and GMP standards
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
