Job Description - Maintenance Engineer

Are you a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias who has worked within a food manufacturing environment? We are working with a family run food processing organisation in Northampton who due to growth, are looking for an Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have worked within the food manufacturing industry with relevant electrical qualifications.

Salary £40,000 - £45,000 per annum dependent on experience
Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm

Maintenance Engineer
Job Description

Perform reactive electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery, equipment and systems.
Fault find, diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, reports and inspections.
Develop a preventative maintenance schedule
Provide support to other Maintenance Engineers

Maintenance Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Proven experience working as an Maintenance Engineer
Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds)
Experience working on food manufacturing machinery
