• Deliver both planned maintenance and reactive breakdown cover on various equipment including CNC machines, conveyors, presses, and fabrication tools.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults involving gearboxes, pneumatics, belt drives, and motors.
• Lead Preventive Maintenance (PPM) scheduling, conduct root cause analysis, and implement site-wide reliability improvements.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and collaborate closely with engineering management to optimise operations.

• A qualification in mechanical or multi-skilled engineering.
• Proven experience in mechanical fault-finding within manufacturing or precision engineering environments.
• Strong hands-on mechanical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
