Job Description - Maintenance Engineer

Role: Maintenance Engineer
Type: Permanent
Pay: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 – 16:00, Friday 8:00 – 15:00
Location: Wolverhampton

Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking for your next opportunity? I’m currently representing a leading Manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton and they’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

Job Description

Ensure safe operation and maintenance of processes, escalating safety issues as needed.
Conduct and follow dynamic risk assessments for non-standard tasks.
Maintain adherence to quality standards and support quality improvement projects.
Operate manufacturing processes to meet production targets and support continuous improvement.
Motivate apprentices and identify solutions to safety, quality, and production challenges, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Maintenance Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Qualified in Electrical 18th Edition
Proven experience of working in a maintenance and facilities management role
Knowledge of Pneumatic and hydraulics
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
