A well-established medical device manufacturer near Haywards Heath is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their skilled technical team. The site operates within cleanroom environments, supporting regulated production across medical and pharmaceutical products. The Maintenance Engineer will focus on keeping automated equipment running safely and reliably while supporting a tight-knit production and quality team.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will deliver both planned and reactive maintenance, support with technical upgrades, and help reduce downtime. The Maintenance Engineer must be methodical, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a regulated environment.

Your Responsibilities as Maintenance Engineer:

• Maintain, repair, and improve filling, sealing, and packaging lines
• Carry out diagnostics and preventative maintenance on pumps, conveyors, sensors, and servo motors
• Support calibration and validation-related engineering work
• Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve machine issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate service logs as part of the wider Maintenance Engineer reporting structure
