Shift Pattern: Week 1 - Sunday to Wednesday NIGHTS (7pm-7am)
Week 2- Monday to Thursday DAYS (7am - 7pm)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (mechanical or electrically biased) to support our growing operations and play a key role in maintaining and improving our plant performance.

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a wide range of production and packaging machinery

• Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults on systems including conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, flow wrappers, and PLC-controlled equipment

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase reliability

• Working closely with the production team to ensure maximum equipment availability

• Ensuring all work is completed safely, adhering to health & safety, food hygiene, and site procedures

• Time-served engineer with a strong mechanical or electrical background

• Experience in FMCG, food, packaging, or heavy industry environments

• Strong fault-finding skills on both electrical and mechanical systems

• Ideally qualified to Level 3 NVQ/BTEC or equivalent in Engineering (mechanical/electrical)

• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a strong team player

• £50,000 Salary
