We're looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our client in Shotts. You'll play a key role in providing both mechanical and electrical maintenance to ensure the machinery operates at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preventive Maintenance: Regular inspections and servicing of production equipment
* Reactive Repairs: Swift response to breakdowns to minimise downtime
* Installations & Upgrades: Support new machinery setup and improvements
* Safety & Compliance: Uphold food safety and health & safety standards
* Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and reports
* Continuous Improvement: Identify ways to boost efficiency and reliability
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and engineering colleagues

What You'll Bring:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Beneficial)
* Experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance
* Strong skills in PLC fault-finding, hydraulics, pneumatics
* A problem-solving mindset and a team-first attitude
