Maintenance Engineer

We’re a well-established manufacturing business based in Nantwich, now looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer who wants stability, ongoing training, and long-term career progression.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll work across a range of production machinery, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance tasks while becoming a key part of a supportive multi-skilled team.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance across production equipment

*

Respond quickly to reactive breakdowns to minimise downtime

*

Fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems

*

Support continuous improvement and reliability projects

*

Work safely, following site procedures and engineering standards

Requirements

*

Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments

*

Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills

*

Ability to fault-find under pressure

*

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

*

Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ, HNC, or similar) preferred
