I am looking for a highly capable, Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team and help maintain world-class production standards. Working 2s & 3s rotating shifts - 2 weeks of days & 2 weeks of nights paying a salary of £51,860 plus benefits. If you are interested in this role, please APPLY NOW via the job board. Key Duties: * Responding rapidly to breakdowns across high-speed production and packaging lines * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime and improve asset reliability * Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults on a wide range of equipment, including conveyors, motors, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics * Supporting continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, RCA, OEE improvement) * Keeping detailed records via our CMMS and ensuring all work is completed to health & safety standards Suitable Candidate: * Proven experience in a fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing environment * Apprentice-trained or formally qualified in a mechanical or electrical discipline (ONC/HNC/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) * Strong fault-finding skills across both electrical and mechanical systems * Experience with PLC-controlled machinery (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.) is desirable * A proactive, team-oriented approach and a calm, logical mindset under pressure * Training & development matrix In Short Industry HR & Recruitment, Engineering & Manufacture Founded 1967 Location Derby: Badger Farm, Willowpit Lane, Hilton, Derby, DE65 5FN Northampton: Suite 15, Grovelands Business Park, West Haddon Road, East Haddon, NN6 8FB Company size 0 - 49 About Us At Jenrick Engineering, we specialise in sourcing and placing top-tier Technical, Operations, Engineering and Projects staff for manufacturing clients across the UK.
