My client is looking for an electrically trained maintenance engineer to join their team on a Monday to Friday day shift. This role may in the future change to a continental day role (shift premium will be added to salary). This a great opportunity to join a forward thinking company with a great culture who put their staff first. Maintenance Engineer Benefits: Salary £40,280 Premium overtime rates. Bonus scheme. Company pension. Reward and recognition platform. 24 days holiday + bank holidays. Onsite parking. Maintenance Engineer Duties include: Days (Mon – Thurs 08:30am – 5:00pm, Fri 08:30 – 4:00pm). Service and maintain plant and machinery. Attend machinery breakdowns. Support ongoing production optimisation. Installation of new machinery. To carry out PPMs. Continuous improvement of production processes. Maintenance Engineer Requirements: Apprentice trained. (Mechanical or Electrical). Electrically qualified. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment. 18th edition. PLC experience (preferable). Hydraulic experience. Plastic injection moulding experience (preferable).
