The successful candidate will be both electrically and mechanically minded , with strong hands-on maintenance and fault-finding experience. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs Respond to breakdowns and minimise machinery downtime Identify and resolve potential maintenance issues Work alongside and support apprentices, helping to develop their skills Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained to a high standard The ideal candidate will have: Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills A practical, hands-on approach The ability to work independently and as part of a team A willingness to support and mentor apprentices This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a permanent, days-based position offering a £50,000 salary in Corby.
