What you will be doing You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of a wide range of automated production equipment, including automated production machinery, conveyors and material handling systems, presses and manufacturing equipment, robotics and automated systems, and electrical and mechanical plant equipment. Key responsibilities: - Responding to equipment breakdowns and carrying out fault finding - Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) - Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults - Working on 3-phase systems, motors, sensors and control equipment - Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects - Contributing to the safe and efficient operation of the site What we are looking for Essential requirements: - Engineering qualification at Level 3 or above (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled) - Previous maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment - Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills - Ability to work a 5 on 5 off or 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern Benefits: - £57,500 basic salary - OTE £65,000+ with premium overtime available, paid up to double time - 10 percent pension contribution - Generous holiday allowance - Annual bonus scheme - Extensive OEM training and qualifications - Siemens PLC training - Robotics training up to Level 3 - Career progression opportunities across a large UK group - All tools, PPE and workwear provided Why apply Join a financially secure, market-leading manufacturer working in a highly automated facility with modern equipment.
