They are looking for a practical, hands-on engineer to support and improve their manufacturing operation. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys solving real engineering problems and working across machinery, fabrication, tooling, process equipment and factory improvements. The role would suit an experienced engineer who is mechanically strong, practically minded, and comfortable turning ideas into working solutions. Commutable from Northampton, Kettering, Daventry, Peterborough and surrounding areas.
