Our client is a leader in fresh produce, supplying high-quality vegetables such as carrots, parsnips, beetroot, turnips, artichokes, and potatoes. With strong environmental and social values, they are expanding rapidly and need skilled engineers to join their growing team.

• Perform planned preventative maintenance and servicing on plant machinery during day shifts.

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns efficiently.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering.

• Keep accurate engineering logs, documenting repairs, faults, and equipment performance.

• Ensure smooth shift handovers by providing detailed reports to the night team.

• Experience in a production or warehouse environment, ideally on day shifts.

• Strong expertise in PLCs and electrical control fault-finding.

• Hands-on engineering skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with engineers and other departments.
