Are you a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a background in Facilities maintenance looking to join an established FM company in a permanent days based role working on a new contract for a high end client while being provided training opportunities and a host of great company benefits including bonuses?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company who have been in business for over 30 years, carrying out facilities maintenance for some of the most recognisable buildings in London. The company are constantly looking to expand and a big part of that is ensuring that staff are trained and treated well.

This role will be based in a high end multi use building in the heart of London, you will be carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance for a variety of clients. Following PPM schedules and working alongside the Site Supervisor and other contractors to ensure work is carried out promptly and professionally.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a background in Facilities maintenance looking to work in a high end building helping to maintain it in a stable days based role or an established FM company that can provide training and benefits including bonuses.

The Role

• Carrying out planned and preventive maintenance
• Working with a variety of clients within the building
• Reporting to the Site Supervisor

The Person

• Maintenance Engineer or similar
• Background in Facilities Maintenance
• Commutable to Soho
