Are you a Maintenance Engineer with a background in industrial machinery, looking to join a well-established company who will support you with training to progress you into a lead engineer, with the opportunity to grow your own team?

In this role, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial laundry equipment such as, washing machines, dryers, and ironers, while also supporting general site upkeep. Initially you will grow and then lead a small team, help improve maintenance processes, and support projects like equipment upgrades and installations with the occasional weekend callout. Full training on all the equipment will be provided.

On offer is a company who have provided a specialist cleaning service for 30 years for hotels and hospitals. The company places strong emphasis on environmental efficiency, low-energy machines, and eco-friendly cleaning chemicals. With over 50 team members, they are looking to grow the company to meet the increase in demand and continue in their delivery of high service.

This would suit a Maintenance Engineer with a background in industrial machinery, looking to progress and manage your own team of engineers, in a well-established company.

The Role:

• Carrying out scheduled servicing and breakdown repairs on industrial laundry machinery
• Occasional callouts on the weekend or routine shutdowns for servicing
• Full training on industrial cleaning machines
• Growing and managing a maintenance team
• Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexible with early start/finish)
