Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer from a Manufacturing background looking to work within an old-school engineering environment in a stable Monday - Friday, days only role?

Are you a mechanical engineering enthusiast who enjoys takings things apart to see how they work?

In this role you will be performing reactive maintenance on a range of old-school machinery, working on bearings, motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and gearboxes for example. You will also help implement a planned maintenance schedule, becoming a key part of the Engineering team.

The company hold a strong reputation in the Chemical industry, as one of the biggest manufacturers in their field. They have a tight-knit team with a very low turnover.

This role Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for a days only, Monday - Friday role in a stable working environment.

The Role:

• Work in a small team on proactive and reactive maintenance for compressors, pumps, motors, heat exchangers etc
• Participate in plant safety programs
• Investigate and resolve equipment failures
• Participate in planning and execution of shutdowns
