Maintenance Engineer/ Plumber

My client is a fast-growing company specializing in facilities management with over 25 years of experience. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for an electrician to join their ever-growing team based in Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out PPM Work whilst being able to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
Manage first-line responses in line with service requests
Minor refurbishments and decoration
Ability to undertake plumbing duties such as unblocking sinks, drains, and toilets as required
Repairing leaks, repairing ballcocks, and fitting new tap washers and other relevant responsibilities
Light plumbing installations
Ability to change or fit locks, tighten hinges, and other general maintenance.

Requirements:
Previous experience with PPM activities and reporting
Hold a full UK driving license
Previous experience as a maintenance engineer or similar position
Proven experience in property maintenance
Knowledge and ability to write technical reports

Package:
Salary up to £33,000 DOE
