JOB DUTIES
You will handle a dynamic mix of both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including:
Carrying out basic repairs of damaged facilities and equipment.
Painting, decorating, and general hands-on upkeep.
Managing preventative maintenance and supporting fire safety checks.
Assisting the Maintenance Manager with renovations and projects.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm
To be successful in this role, you must bring:
Experience: Proven experience as a multi-skilled handyman, or a similar handyman or property maintenance role.
Compliance: A solid, essential understanding of current health and safety procedures.
Work Ethic: The ability to work independently, efficiently, and flexibly across multiple sites.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving aptitudes, and a sharp attention to detail.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Eligibility: You must be fully eligible to work in the UK.
