Maintenance Manager

A great opportunity for an Electrically biased Site Maintenance Manager to work for a highly renowned building services provider to manage the planned and reactive maintenance on a Commercial site in the City of London. Based near Bank, the role will be working for a leading, privately owned, M&E company who continue to be successful in the market.

Within this role you will be managing a team of 3 on a commercial site working on the Landlord side. This role will be a hands off role where you must be strong with managing the client, subcontractors and keeping on top of logbooks. With the position being available due to the current manager being promoted within the business, this is a great opportunity to prove yourself in the role and then work your way into a more senior role within 18 / 24 months.

You should hold Electrical qualifications to Level 3 C&G level or equivalent, with experience of undertaking planned and reactive maintenance, across electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for log books, supervising contractors, other relevant paperwork and dealing directly with the client on site.

Duties

• Build strong client relationship and serve as the main point of contact.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the effective delivery of services.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Electrical Installations NVQ / City and Guilds or equivalent qualifications
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing

Package

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00
• £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
